It was recently anounced that Brisingr (meaning "fire") will be released on September 20th, 2008, following the publication of Eragon in 2003 and Eldest in 2005. All are written by Christopher Paolini, who was only 15 when he wrote the first draft of Eragon. You can read more about the three books at http://www.alagaesia.com/.
